Change shortcut and/or add option to configure it
The shortcut can no longer be updated at chrome://extensions/ in Chrome and the current default shortcut key on macOS is Cmd+Shift+Z which clashes with the default global OS shortcut for "redo".

Export My Bookmarks
I could not find EXPORT tool...without it, it becomes dangerous that we keep all our effort and knowledge in the service and we cannot get it out of it.
1 voteIn your account settings (tagpacker.com/account/account) there is an option “Import/Export” to export your links in HTML format.
Also, there is an option “Dropbox backup”. It automatically saves your links to your Dropbox once a week. And you can manually back up your links to your Dropbox, with just one click.

save all open tabs
ability to save all open tabs (or maybe even windows) under auto generated tag (e.g. date)
8 votesWith the latest version of our Chrome extension https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/tagpackers-pack-it-button/nohjijligchgbabiimogbigfkjmhekdm you can save all open tabs now (an update for Firefox will be released soon).
Right-click the Tagpacker “Pack It” button. In the context menu there is an option “Save Tabs to Tagpacker”.
Your links may have two tags afterwards:
- TP-Browser-Session: The link was created by using the option “Save Tabs to Tagpacker”
- TP-Last-Browser-Session: The link/tab was open in your browser when you clicked the option “Save Tabs to Tagpacker” the last timePlease send us feedback, if anything is missing or can be improved.

images for private links
I have a question. If I set my links to private, does that mean the bookmarks I imported would never show an image?
1 voteIf you set a link to “private” it is only visible for you, if you are logged in to Tagpacker.
Both links can have an image, private and public.
In the link edit view there is an image chooser above the link title input field. -

Let the Tagpacker icon indicate bookmarked page or not
It would be helpful if the Tagpacker icon on the browser toolbar would change colors depending on if the site was already saved to our collection. Maybe only the bottom part of the icon (the chevron): green if the page and exact url was already saved and your normal blue if it hasn't been.
Often I will go to save a bookmark not remembering if I had already done so or not and I get the popup box in green saying I already saved it. It would be helpful to know before I click the Pack It button just to…
1 votenow, the icon has two colors:
grey: link/url is not in your collection
blue: link/url is in your collection -
excluding tags to refine search results
when links share some, but not all, tags, make it possible to exclude a specific tag. example: 20 links for 'agent', 8 links of that 20 are also tagged 'query letter' - make it possible to exclude the 8 'query letter' links and have the 12 'agent' links without 'query letter' returned in the search results.
14 votesNow it is possible to exclude tags.
There is an exclamation mark for each tag in the filter input above your link list. Please send us feedback if everything works as expected. Cheers!

Import options from Memit & Raindrop
Import data from Memit and Raindrop.io! I have lots of data from Memit. I would love to see import options of both. I have HUGE data exported from Memit (closed now). I really want to import them into tagpacker to get my packing started!
3 votesHTML and JSON supported. If you can’t import your file to Tagpacker please drop us a message (mail@tagpacker.com), we’ll find a solution.

Tagpacker Export/Backup With Tags
I love tagpacker. Thank you first. Now, I see when tagpacker backups on dropbox or I export my bookmarks, I see the tags are not preserved or even added to the links. This would just be very bad way of getting my bookmarks exported, they will all be unorganized, and its almost impossible topossibly manually re-tag them. This is the basic fail safe function on which Tagpacker can be trusted as Bookmark Manager, otherwise if Tagpacker stops working, we have no organized bookmarks backup for later switch to other bookmark managers. Can you please help if I am wrong with…
5 votesTags are exported/backuped (see previous comment).

Links need a selection box we can check/uncheck
Even if and when we enter multiple tags to filter our search we are often left with a long list of links to scroll through. It would be nice if while scrolling through our list of links we can select (checkmark) the ones we wish to take action on such as tagging/untagging or deletion. Right now as it is our filtered list of links can only be edited in an all or nothing manner. I want to select only certain links for editing.
2 votesNow it is possible to select multile links and tag, untag, open, and delete them:
- click link(s) to select (use crtl+click or shift+down/up key to select mutliple links)
- in the context menu (three little dots) below the search input, select an option: tag, untag, open, deleteAlso, you can use drag&drop tags to tag selected links.
Please send us feedback on how you like these new features. And if anything is missing.

BUG :: Firefox "pack it" extension :: save button display problem
On Firefox, using extension "pack it" save button is displayed off the grid, only part of it is visible. If popup is resized to bigger resolution button disappears at all. Please check.

Check for Duplicates when adding
I just added something via the extension with Chrome, but the bookmark was already added. Now it's in my database twice. The extension needs to check for duplicate and if it exists - then it should go into edit mode for that bookmark. Thanks for Listening. More suggestions to follow!!!

import link icons automatically
When adding or importing a bookmark, add or update the site's icon automatically.
2 votesIf you save a link, we are trying to automatically extract an image from the saved web page. In some cases the page you saved does not provide an image, or we can’t use any of the found images (e.g., if they are to small).
But you always can manually upload an image in the link edit view. -
My bookmarks are sorted alphabetically inside the packs, but I'd like them by frequency.
Allowing to chose between alphabetically and frequency sorting inside (or outside) the tag packs.
1 voteNow, in the header of your tag packs you have an option to sort your tags, by frequency or alphabetically.

Chronological Sorting
Currently, links can be sorted by "Latest" or "Popular". It would be nice to be able to sort in chronological order (i.e. the opposite of "Latest") and have other criteria for sorting.
1 voteNow, this is possible.
Just click the “Latest” option twice.
Additionaly, you now have an option “ABC” to sort by link title. -
Capacity to add links on page (rather than page itself) to Tagpacker.
It would be really nice if I could right-click a link on a page and save it to tagpacker. At the moment, I either have to copy the link address, click the Pack It button, and then change the address (by default pointing to the page I am on) to the link's address, or open the link and then Pack It.
1 votePossible with Chrome and Firefox extension now.
