We’ll support bulk operations for tags/tag packs. But it hasn’t the highest priority. If there are enough user votes we’ll change priority.

For anyone wondering where they are, click on the 3 vertical dots just under 'Search all your links' and a range of options will come up.
If you click on the 3 vertical dots just above Tags to the left, then you're also presented with an option to delete 'empty' tags.

An error occurred while saving the comment Rico commentedI use Brave and it doesn't do this for me. But then you were writing in 2020 so Brave would have been different then.
However... there doesn't seem to be an option to move tags in bulk. For example, an import could have thousands of tags, but most might not be relevant to what's going on today. Rather than delete them, you could potentially move them into a holding tagpack, but how can you do this in bulk?
