  2. Default sort

    I would like to suggest that there be an option in the settings to decide what the default sort would be for each area that is sortable.

  3. Import Pocket bookmarks with timestamp

    I tried importing my links from Pocket, but all of the entries were created with the same timestamp, even though the HTML file that Pocket created has a time_added attribute. This is critical for me to continue using Tagpacker.

    This is similar to https://tagpacker.uservoice.com/forums/203587-general/suggestions/7912749-import-links-with-timestamps, but for Pocket.

  4. Ability to drag and drop items (e.g. URLs) from a webpage into tagpacker (similar to dropmark)

    While the packit button is helpful when you can install add-ons (I can't in my work browser for example), I often have tagpacker (or whatever collection site I'm using) open and find it easy to drag and drop the item I want to save into the site. I like dropmark's support for it for example.

  5. Mobile pages to include TagPacker page info.

    Mobile version of the site appears to not include the title of the TagPacker page or the info about the page. Can this be an option please?

  7. "Next" arrow while using structured tagging

    The "structured tagging" function is my favorite thing about tagpacker. When I'm using it to tag a new link, I'd like each tagpack to have a "next" or ">>" button to the side, so that when I finish selecting the tags from that tagpack, I can easily click ahead to unfold the next tagpack.

  8. When proposing thumbnail: handle the .webp format

    Websites tend to use this format since it has a better compression compared to jpg images

  9. Save Order and Dark Theme

    First of all, amazing app! My idea is to save tags and links order in browser cookie or local storage. I prefer to use alphabetical order, but the default is the popular order.
    A dark theme would be awesome too. Congrats.

  10. Minimize empty screen space on PC

    When I use this site on my laptop, I have a full 1/3 screen of blank grey space on the right. It doesn't seem to need to be there 0 nothing uses that space. I would like the ability to click-and-drag the right edge of the center panel to stretch it wider into that empty space to better use my screen real estate.

  11. Startup Pack-It Button

    I just started and in your quick and nice intro steps there is the one for setting up the pack-it button.

    I needed a bit to understand as I expected to install an extension.

    Unfortunately the dragging worked not right away (in Opera) as I happened to select the text on the button instead of dragging the button. Maybe integrate the text into the image to evade that problem.

    also: you could think of adding a sentence: "or install the extension" with a link to a description. Some people might not have a bookmark line per default or it is…

    In the extended view, show in each link which other users publicly saved the same link. This will help find people with similar interests

  13. Add the ability to annotate content

    I often have the need to add some context to a saved item, from a few words to a few sentences. It helps me find it again later (assuming it's searchable) but it is also frequently required to complement the content itself. Most other content saving websites lack this very useful feature. I would consider it a differentiator.

  14. Can’t install Pack It button

    No idea. A problem: I am unable to add the “Pack It” button to the Safari toolbar in iOS. It just won’t stick. Or maybe tagpacker is not hospitable,to Safari or iOS?

  16. Automatic tagging feature (tag recommendations) upon adding new bookmark via "Pack it button" browser extension

    I think that an "automatic tagging" feature would be extremely useful. The backend should try to learn tags and build synonyms from bookmark titles via "levenshtein distance" of "slugified" words.
